About Paul
Paul Magliocchi is a Sales Representative with The Peggy Hill Team, who prides himself in being knowledgeable in the real estate industry to provide his clients with spectacular service. Paul’s friendly personality and a great sense of humour make him a perfect fit for The Peggy Hill Team.
Paul graduated from Georgian College with a degree in Golf Management. He is an exceptional golfer and is a member of CPGA Ð the Canadian Professional Golfers Association. It was only a couple of years ago that he found his passion for real estate and decided to become a licensed real estate agent in early 2020 after having his daughter and wanting a career that kept him close to home.
What drew Paul to The Peggy Hill Team? A Peggy Hill radio ad that hit close to home with a similar experience he had when buying his first home. Peggy was explaining the difficulties of not being informed when being a first-time homebuyer. Paul knew in that moment that he was going to be the type of agent that was always going to be available to his clients whenever they needed him.
Paul loves Barrie and everything that it has to offer. He spent years here while attending college and it’s the city that lead him to his amazing wife. When Paul isn’t working, he can be found on a golf course or hosting a backyard BBQ with friends and family. He dreams of having a backyard oasis with a putting green of his own, a pool for the kids and an area for the adults to relax by the fireplace and watch some TV.
Driven by the example of his father who values hard work and giving back, Paul strives to help his clients achieve their Real Estate goals, every step of the way. Paul loves being able to help people and to see them smile when they have found their #HOMETOSTAY.
